My Homemade Lumpia

I actually made this a week ago and freezed them in portions.  It’s easy to prepare especially when Leif and I are tired after work and don’t have the energy to cook.  Yesterday, we had lumpia for merienda and we got full that we couldn’t care for a heavy dinner.  But next time I’ll try to make the sause, that with corn starch and vinegar.  I wanted to to do it yesterday, but it was late when I found the ingrediendts in the net.  Just sharing my cooking in progress, hahaa!
