Holiday-Weekend-Barbecue

My three day-weekend is almost over and it feels I need more weekend. Friday was a holiday since it’s Labor Day all over the world. Hubby and I just stayed at home that day since we had nothing to protest. Joining the protesters outside would only make us tired. I spent the day doing some house chores and cleaning the balcony. I thought it was about time to do it cos the weather is getting warmer already. It’s sometimes relaxing to sit at the balcony, reading books or just look at the nature.

Yesterday was our first barbecue for this season but not at home. We were invited to a barbecue dinner at my student’s house. It was only me and hubby and another student with her brother. The weather wasn’t so kind cos it was chilly and windy. It was a lovely dinner and a conversation went from serious to humorous and sometimes the other way around. We went home at around 9pm.

Now it’s Sunday and tomorrow starts another week of work. Huhuuu! But it’s ok cos summer vacation is almost here. 🙂
