Love To Stay In Singapore

Singapore to Davao

Whenever we visit Davao, hubby and I would always spend a couple of days in Singapore. It’s our third time to visit my hometown so is our visit in Singapore. It’s kind of relaxing to unwind in this clean city after a long and exhausting flight from Sweden. This time we stayed at St. Regis Hotel located along Tanglin Road. It’s near Orchard Road where shopping centres are found. But hubby loves to shop for tech gadgets at Sim Lim Square. It’s becoming a must-go place when we are in Singapore.

The hotel was superb! And the breakfast was really a perfect variety of Asian and European meals. Since our stay was short, we did not make it to Sentosa Island and Marina Bay. All we could do was to shop for “pasalubong”. We wanted to give Digicams and camcorder to my relatives so we spent most of the time at Sim Lim Square to look for what we needed.

Anyway, we’ll be spending a day here again before we fly back to Sweden. But I doubt we can visit more places that time. Hubby’s going to pick up the recorder for our Nikon D90. Let’s see…
