More Than Enough Tuna Salad

I remember the first time I made tuna salad I forgot the tuna. Hubby and I were talking about something while we enjoyed eating the salad when suddenly I realized I missed something. I couldn’t seem to figure out what it was. It was when I opened the cupboard to put something in I saw the can of tuna, which I supposed I should added in the salad. Yay!

We made this tuna salad when we both were not so hungry and we thought we should do this more often because it’s so yummy. It’s perfect for a starter or maybe light lunch at work. It’s healthy, too. The dressing comes with the kind of tuna bits we bought that’s made for salad. Really satisfying!

Ingredients:

Tuna bits (in can)
Tomatoes
Iceberg lettuce
Maize (corn in can)
Cucumber
Cooked eggs
